Some of the more popular ones include: Sovereign Hill, the Gold Museum, Lake Wendouree, Ballarat Wildlife Park, the Art Gallery, Botanical Gardens, and the Museum of Australian Democracy at Eureka (MADE).

  • Eat & Drink

There’s no worry about going hungry or thirsty! There is a wide range of delicious cafes, restaurants and gastro pubs to choose from, each offering tasty local produce. The region is also known for its wineries and breweries – check out Mitchell Harris Wines, Mount Beckworth Wines, Red Duck Microbrewery or Cubby Haus Brewing.
