Picnic in the Gardens

There are a number of parks and gardens in the Ballarat area that are just waiting for you to come and enjoy them. Lake Wendouree, the former site of the 1956 Summer Olympics, is popular amongst locals and tourists alike. The Ballarat Botanical Gardens are also a popular spot – in the heart, you’ll find the Conservatory and Robert Clark Centre.
