Cancellations
For cancellations made prior to 7 days of arrival an administration fee of 13% of the booking value will be charged. For cancellations made within 7 days of the day of arrival, and in the case of no-shows, no refund of any payment shall be made. A change of date is regarded as a cancellation of the original booking. Where there are more than two rooms booked two weeks notice is required for full refund.
Credit Card Charges
Your credit Card will be charged Prior to your arrival. A credit card fee will apply. Where more than one room is booked payment may be taken on booking otherwise full payment required 7 days from arrival.
